Dr. Castronovo was so nice and very gentle when performing my exam. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year so I needed some additional cleaning. The entire staff-from the front desk to the back chair-is friendly, polite, anf professional. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, and really listen to what you have to say. I have already referred both my mother and father in law, and would recommend them to anyone living in the Spring area.

The only inconveniences are their work day hours and not being open on Saturdays, so I have to take time off of work to go. But...it's worth it.

I went by on a whim and have been SO pleased! Now my son is going and soon my husband will be a patient. They are so professional, the office is very clean and everyone is so nice. They make follow-up calls and appt. confirmation calls- ALWAYS. They give you a print-out with all costs before hand and don't treat you poorly if you decide you cannot fulfill the treatment plan all at once. If you think going to the dentist has to be something you dread.....think again. I stumbled across Dr. Castronovos office purely by chance while searching the internet. Every encounter I have had with this office whether by phone or in person has been a delight. From the soothing colors in the waiting room, to the sparkling clean equipment, the office is a visual treat. You feel much more like you are in someones home than a dental office. The people Dr. Castronovo has hired to work for her are really a cut above. Each and every one of them is kind and attentive, beyond what is required.

I asked a LOT of really dumb questions about cost and procedures(as I was worried about BOTH) and they treated me like ROYALTY, instead of breaking into gales of laughter over my ridiculous inquiries.

They were punctual, professional and KIND. This entire experience was exceptional. If every dental office was run this way, people would NOT fear the experience.

I have had two cleanings and check ups with Dr. Castronovo since moving to the area. In between that time I had an urgent need when I cracked a tooth. They took me in immediately! I needed a crown. They were able to fit me in that day. I was very nervous but they may me feel at ease. I felt no discomfort during the procedure. They made the crown in the office in less than 30 minutes. There was no temporary crown at all! The staff and hygienists are very nice and again, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They employ state of the art equipment as well. This is not the dental experience of our childhood! I highly recommend Dr. Castronovo!

We have a dentist around the corner from our residence. We drive twenty miles one way for these folks instead.They are the nicest,down to earth folks you could encounter.They will work with you financially any way they can and both my boys and wife love them .

Dr. Castronovo replaced my back tooth with a cerec crown--I did not have to wear a temp crown for a week or two before I got my permanent crown--AWESOME! The staff even showed me how my new tooth was being made--it was a neat experience. Real state of the art--in fact the whole office uses the latest equipment and the office is as clean as a health spa :)

I am really scared to go to the dentist, but the whole staff was so nice and reassuring that I really didnt feel a thing--even when Dr. Castronovo was giving me shots and numbing my mouth, I kept bracing myself for the sting of impact, but it never came.

If anyone out there is nervous about going to the dentist I think you should check Dr. Castronovo's office out. They will pamper you and you wont even realize that you have just been to the dentist!

My family has gone to Dr. Castronovo for quite some time now and the crew there has always been super wonderful. Whenever I come in, I always have at least one of my children with me and the staff is always really great to us. But, I wanted to speak of a particular incident. I came in for some work recently with my 3 year old son. The procedure was kind of lengthly, so it would have been difficult for him to entertain himself. Tammy was working that day taking care of me. Mouth wide open, drill going and my son peers over me with a third eye taped to his forehead!!! All I could do was bust out laughing! Tammy had taken the time during my entire visit to make sure my son was entertained and well taken care of. Tammy truely made a difference for us and I thank her for it! I really do appreciate how the staff looks at BOTH of us as the patient (because we come as a package).

Wow.. I was blown away! I felt like I was at a Spa for a massage. Relaxing Office! The staff treated me like I was a lifelong friend. Dr. Castronova, was very nice. Her staff was great. The office was clean. I was looking for a new dentist in the area, and I went on this site to locate one. Fantastic. This dentist is clean, courteous, and very customer service focused. They were able to tell me on the spot what procedures my insurance would cover and what it would not. I was also impressed with the advanced technology such as the TV's in the rooms that the doctors use.

I also liked that they have cut down on the paper work in the office by using erasable dry board sheets that help save the environment.

I've always dreaded trips to the dentist. When I moved back to Spring after college, I found a Dr. Castronovo because of her ideal location to my home at the time.

I don't think I will ever switch again.

She is continuously gentle, always quick (but not rude or abrupt), and very pleasant to visit. Additionally, I don't think I can think of a nicer staff!!

Since being a patient with Dr. Castronovo, I've had to visit another specialist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had endless problems with the other office for 6 months after the procedure. They overcharged, lost paperwork, and often changed their story. It was simply another reminder of how awesome Klein Crossing is for me.

I've since moved downtown, and yet I still make the commute out to Spring for all my dental check ups and concerns.

Like many other reviewers on this site, I too have had bad experiences with dentists, after moving to Houston and having to switch from my previous dentist of 21 years. Dr. Castronovo's office is no where close to where I live or work, but I thought I would give her a try, based on the reviews I found here. I was extremely glad that I did. Dr. Castronovo and her staff immediately won me over. (And that's saying a LOT because I tend to be a really picky person!) My initial visit was sort of a shock, because I wasn't used to a dentist's office being so technologically advanced! It was actually exciting to see everything they were using. Very impressive. Dr. Castronovo actually filled a small cavity for me and it literally took less than 5 minutes. Zero pain and zero discomfort! I highly recommend her and her staff.
