Wow.. I was blown away! I felt like I was at a Spa for a massage. Relaxing Office! The staff treated me like I was a lifelong friend. I thought the cost was very reasonable, especially considering all the high tech equipment. It is a paperless office. Billed my insurance company for me. I basically did not have to do a thing.

PS - I am very squeamish about going to the Dentist, and going to Dr. Castronovo's office was a breeze.

About Hygienist: Really, Really Good Hygenist. My teeth felt great when I left.

I am very anxious person when it comes to the Dentist. But from the minute I walked in this office, I felt welcomed and very relaxed with the nice manners of everyone here. They are the best, I had deep cleaning and I naver felt any pain.

I strongly recommend this dental office.

I have a major phobia when it comes to "the dentist" due to bad past experiences. Dr. Castronovo and her staff are excellent.

In fact - after my appointment I immediately called my husband from the car and told him " that was the BEST dentist experience I could ever imagine". The entire staff was excellent and I'm impressed with all their latest equipment. They even handled all the insurance paperwork -all I had to do was sign it. I will be recommending Dr. Castronovo to all my friends and family.

About Hygienist: The Hygienist was extremely thorough, considerate and I love her taste in music... Thanks for a great experience.

Dr. Castronova, was very nice. Her staff was great. The office was clean. I was looking for a new dentist in the area, and I went on this site to locate one. I had a bad experience with a dentist in my youth so I'm very skeptical with trying a new dentist. I made Dr. Castronova's team aware of my bad experience with that other dentist. They understood and made me extremely comfortable. They were all so nice. Her office has the latest technology. The appointment was smooth and I was in and out. I knew exactly what my issues were, we discussed and I made another appointment for my crowns. Dr. Castronovo has a very gentle demeanor...very very comforting.

About Hygienist: A. Barr is her name is she was wonderful. She was the president of the Dental Hygienist Associates for years. She is graduated from the U of H with her BS degree. She's through and gentle when cleaning your teeth. She is very informative as well. Dr. Castronova's team is so good all the Doc needs to do is look at your teeth and fix them. Her staff is knowledgeable and experienced.

what can I say if is already descibed in all other's great reviews. I am a very nervous and afraid of dentists because of my childhood. Dr. Castronovo is the best and ONLY dentist who give me back to have confidence to them.

Fantastic. This dentist is clean, courteous, and very customer service focused. They were able to tell me on the spot what procedures my insurance would cover and what it would not. I was also impressed with the advanced technology such as the TV's in the rooms that the doctors use.

I also liked that they have cut down on the paper work in the office by using erasable dry board sheets that help save the environment.

My family and I started using Dr. Castronovo 12 months ago and I am so glad that we did! We ALL love Dr. Castronovo and her entire staff! The office is very nice and the staff very attentive, what more could you ask for! The staff calls us all by name and say hello as we walk in the door, it just gives you a great feeling. The office is very high-tech. My family has primary & secondary insurance and they work with both insurances to make things happen.

Frankly, Ive always dreaded going to the Dentist mainly because of the pain normally associated with the drilling, pulling etc. Dr. Castronovo performed 3 extractions and aside from a little pressure at the beginning of the procedure I didnt feel a thing. Dr. Castronovo was simply amazing, very gentle and highly skilled!!! Her Staff and facility are first class! I plan on using Dr. Castronovo from now on and will recommend her outstanding service to all of my Family and Friends.

Best in Houston; highly recommend. I can't stand going to dentists; she's great. My only recommendation is that she show a sample of the color of filling she's placing. I would have preferred a color a little more white; closer to my actual tooth color. Her staff is as awesome as she is.

I've always dreaded trips to the dentist. When I moved back to Spring after college, I found a Dr. Castronovo because of her ideal location to my home at the time.

I don't think I will ever switch again.

She is continuously gentle, always quick (but not rude or abrupt), and very pleasant to visit. Additionally, I don't think I can think of a nicer staff!!

Since being a patient with Dr. Castronovo, I've had to visit another specialist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had endless problems with the other office for 6 months after the procedure. They overcharged, lost paperwork, and often changed their story. It was simply another reminder of how awesome Klein Crossing is for me.

I've since moved downtown, and yet I still make the commute out to Spring for all my dental check ups and concerns.

Klein Crossing is worth it!!!

I have just transferrd to Dr. Castronovo's office. I have to say that I was pleased with my other dentist and swiched because they quit taking my insurance. I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. C and I can only say that I am so glad that my last dentist stopped taking my insurance. The staff and the office area there are great and are so very personable. It was great to be called by my name and they all acted like they had known me for years. That is a huge plus when going to the dentist. I just want to say that Debra and Andrea are awesome! Good choice to go to this office!

Like many other reviewers on this site, I too have had bad experiences with dentists, after moving to Houston and having to switch from my previous dentist of 21 years. Dr. Castronovo's office is no where close to where I live or work, but I thought I would give her a try, based on the reviews I found here. I was extremely glad that I did. Dr. Castronovo and her staff immediately won me over. (And that's saying a LOT because I tend to be a really picky person!) My initial visit was sort of a shock, because I wasn't used to a dentist's office being so technologically advanced! It was actually exciting to see everything they were using. Very impressive. Dr. Castronovo actually filled a small cavity for me and it literally took less than 5 minutes. Zero pain and zero discomfort! I highly recommend her and her staff.

My Family and I have lived in the Spring, Texas area for three years, relocating from the Dallas area and have visited a couple of dentists. The Dentist's were less than appealing. My wife has had horrible experiences and I was not at all pleased with the customer service at other local offices. I decided to look on the web for a dentist and came across Dr. Castronovo and made an appointment. It was amazing my last dentist said that I had four cavities and the beginnings of gum disease, which shocked me since I have only had one in my life and am in my mid thirties and felt like I had healthy gums. After going to Dr. Castronovo I found out that I had 0 cavities and healthy gums. As sad as It is; these experiences tend to make you skeptical of dentist's.

Klein crossing Dental was the best experience that I have ever had at the dentist. What a great staff and the most modern facility. You feel like you are getting a thorough examination that gives you the true picture of you're teeth and gums. I will continue to visit Dr. Castronovo and will recommend all of my family and friends.

I had been with my original Houston dentist for 13 years proir to making a change. He was in the medical center. I was tired of making the drive in so I tried a new dentist. The new dentist was terrible. I was tempted to drive back into the medical center to see my old dentist but, decided to give Dr. Melissa Castrovono a try. It's the best decision I made. She's great. I needed a crown and it was done right and pain free on the first try! My cleanings have gone very well also. My husband likes her too, and he's tougher to please than me. We both give her a thumbs up.

She's the best! I've been to several family dentist offices in the area over the years and none have been as accomodating nor as pleasant as her's. I give a lot of credit to her staff who went out of their way to assist me with less than a day's notice after I had a horrible experience following up with my wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Castronovo and her staff have made my dental experience this past year wonderful as I learned the ways of the world fresh out of college with new insurance plans and coverage. I never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment, and always enjoyed the service that I received. Dr. Castronovo and her staff were great. The office is very HI-tech. She is very gentle, when she gave me a shot to numb my mouth, I did not feel it at all. That is a first in my 49 years.

I found Dr. Castronovo through our insurance company's approved network of dentists. After researching the web, I decided to make an appointment. I am so happy with my good forturne! Dr. Castronovo is sweet, pretty, friendly - yet professional. Her entire office staff is customer friendly, professional and it's obvious they enjoy their work environment; they make an excellent team. My 22 year old son thought they were "awesome". The office is clean and hi-tech - an office visit is like watching the Discovery Channel at home! I am pleased to recommend this office to my friends and to people I meet through work.
