Spiker Davis is the ONLY dentist I will go to. His staff is considerate of a patient's anxieties about dental visits, he is careful to explain what he is doing and why, and he includes you in the decisions to be made in your dental and oral health. He makes firm recommedations, and tells you what he projects may happen if some action isnt' taken. I think he might be more expensive than the chain dentists, but I have never felt that he was "making money" - he has always seemed most concerned about my well being. After a lifetime of bad experiences with dentists, Dr. Davis has gotten me to the point where I don't have to be put in a car and taken - I actually show up for appointments on my own.

In selecting a dentist for cosmetic denistry, I looked carefully at the pictures of their patients. I wanted a natural look, rather than the "chicklet" or piano key look. I was struck by the natural but appealing look that Dr. Davis's patients had in the pictures he posted. Dr. Davis gave me plenty of options on different types of veneers, shapes and shades. While I had some ideas on these matters that Dr. Davis accepted, I also deferred to him to make judgment calls based on my appearance and his experience. His judgment proved to be excellent. He made thoughtful recommendations and the end result was truly artistic in appearance and looks terrific. I can't say enough about his work. In addition to being a skilled dentist, he's a very personable guy with a terrific disposition. And that goes for the rest of his office. You can tell these people enjoy working with one another. They all make the experience exceptional.

My wife suggested that I try her doctor, Dr. Davis, since my doctor had left me in serious pain after giving me a filling. Spiker fixed me up in the first visit, and after a couple of days the pain in my tooth was gone. He also made me aware that it was not normal to have headaches and suggested that I might be grinding my teeth at night because of some ware he observed on my teeth. No other doctor had mentioned this to me. Dr. Davis made me a mouth guard so that I would not grind my teeth.

I went to Spiker after not going to a dentist for some 15 years. My last experience at a dentist office was when I was an adolescent and only left me with memories of pain and agony.

After 15 years I needed to see a dentist to get my mouth back in shape and to bring my smile back. I told Spiker on my first visit how apprehensive I was and that the experience would probably be rough for me.

Spiker took the time to answer all of my questions and would even stop every few minutes to insure that I was ok and perfectly relaxed. Spiker even went the extra mile to call and email me after procedures to check up on me and make sure I was ok and that the experience in the dentist chair didn't rattle me.

Spiker performed both the necessary work (fillings, crowns, etc) and cosmetic work (veneers across my upper teeth). My smile has undergone a huge transformation. I have gone from hiding my teeth in pictures to smiling as wide as possible.
