Patient Review 1:

I was referred to Dr Drew Moore by dentist John Barras. I needed an implant in my lower left jaw. I am keen to share my positive experience with others considering periodontal treatments.Dr Moore explained the procedure in detail to me when we first met. We subsequently scheduled a date for surgery. I have to say that Dr Moore as well as his staff did everything to put me at ease. The procedure of drilling a whole in the jaw was painless after Dr Moore administered the anesthetic. From what I could see on the post-op x-ray the orientation of my artificial root seemed perfect. The pain medication Dr Moore prescribed was very effective. I switched to a non-narcotic painkiller after a few days and steadily reduced the number of painkillers to zero on post-op day 14. Wound is healing very nicely; gums are back in their natural shape.Apart from his technical skill, I would recommend Dr Moore for his patient care and attention to detail. He's very accessible and in fact called me several times following the operation to check on me and how I was dealing with the post-op pain. Later on, we exchanged several emails and again Dr Moore was quick to respond to my questions.Don't hesitate to call on Dr Moore, he's witty too!

Patient Review 2:

I was referred to Dr. Moore's office to look at a cyst near my gums. Dr. Moore performed a biopsy, which could have been a very stressful experience but Dr. Moore and his staff put me at ease with their friendly conversation, with their answers to all of my questions, and by staying in touch with me while waiting on the results. Their followup was excellent and I would recommend their office and use them again.Audrey Ketchersid

Patient Review 3:

I had put off gum surgery for over 10 years due to my fear of the procedure! My gums were getting so bad that my regular dentist convinced me that I really needed to have gum surgery before he could replace two crowns. On his advice, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Moore. On the morning of my surgery, I took one pill that Dr. Moore prescribed to relax me. By the time I was settled in the chair, I was not apprehensive at all. Before administering the anesthetic, he first sprayed a numbing solution on my tongue that took effect immediately. I can actually say I did not feel any pain during the procedure! I listened to my husband's I-pod the whole time. Better yet, I only took one pain pill after the anesthetic wore off, and I probably could have managed without it. My gums healed beautifully and with no complications! I am so happy I was referred to Dr. Moore and finally got this taken care of!

Patient Review 5:

I recently had what I heard was a fairly painful procedure that involved a skin graft. Dr. Moore helped me get through it relatively easily. Throughout the process the staff was very helpful and friendly. I have some memory of mild discomfort, but overall they surgery was not painful and my recovery has been very easy. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
