Dr. Studebaker is very customer satiisfaction oriented. He genuinely cares about the patient so much that after he started my son over 1 year ago i decided to have braces myself. I love te staff they are very friendly and always polite from the back to the front. i feel like I have known them for years. The office is very clean, we have never had to wait more that 5 minutes in the reception area and my younger son likes to go to play video games and get a bottle of Studebaker water.

I have been so impressed and pleased with Dr. Studebaker and his staff. The minute you enter the door you receive professional and friendly service. Although we are in the early stages of treatment we already feel like family. Dr. Studebaker and his staff are very informative about your procedures, insurance issues, etc. They are also very accommodating regarding appointments and after hour needs. While visiting Dr. Studebaker, my son enjoys playing video games, participating in the monthly contests and earning tokens for the reward system.We recently moved to the Houston area and Dr. Studebaker was recommended to us by an orthodontist in San Antonio. We can tell you that we have been very pleased and we highly recommend Dr. Studebaker and his staff.

By far, Dr. Studebaker and his staff are the most amazing and compassionate people you will ever meet. From the moment you walk in the door, to the second you leave...you feel welcome. The office setting and the staff are truly amazing!!!! It is family friendly and everything just flows so well. The decor is great and fun at all times. I have two kids under the care of Dr. Studebaker (1 traditional braces and 1 in Invisalign) and prior to ok-ing the treatment plan...everything was explained and detailed thoroughly. Mybell is the sweetest women you will ever meet and will go any distance to help you out. She worked diligently in coordinating my insurances and my balance on both kids. Tanya is super sweet and Dana is compassionate and thoughtful to the kids when they are in the back being worked on. She walks and talks them through things and makes them feel as ease.Each visit Dr. Studebaker explains what he will be doing and praises the kids on their progress. They think he is AMAZING! and the coolest orthodontist ever! Simply, there's just no way I could I come up with enough words to describe how GREAT the team is at Dr. Studebakers office.

Dr. Studebaker and his staff make you feel at home in their office. They treat you like family. They are all very professional and caring. I first visited their office because I broke my retainer. They immediately squeezed me in their schedule to help me. I decided to get braces again. They took their time helping me choose the most cost-efficient braces. They helped me to determine how much my insurance would pay. There were no surprises in costs. I look forward to my visits to their office. If you want to bring your kids their, they have the individual play stations at each chair, as well as a big one in a kids waiting area. Most importantly I have finished my time in braces in the amount of time that was promised and I am very please with the results.
