I went to Dr. Dinh for a second opinion. I immediately thought that due to the quality of her office and equipment, the work would be more expensive. To the contrary, she recommended less work and the bill was a lot lower than the first place that I went to. She did explain everything that was going to happen before hand, but when she gets going, she gets right to it. If you ask her questions, she is sure to answer them for you. The professionalism of Dr. Dinh and her staff, not to mention the quality of her work will keep me coming back. I have already recommended her to many of my friends.

I visited Dr. Dinh for a 2nd opinion, and I am so glad I did! She explained everything, and recommended that I pursue the most cost effective options that were absolutely necessary (The other dentist said I "needed" two root canals and a crown, which she said I didn't need.) She even tried to recommend a dental plan, since I was changing jobs. She seems really capable and confident in her abilities, without being arrogant, but very down-to-earth. The entire staff was very personable, and seems to genuinely care about helping in whatever way they could. She allayed all my anxieties. I *trust* her completely, and am going to her for all my dental work from now on. I recommend her to anyone who cares about their teeth!

Her office is really nice. She looks really pleasent. She was really on the ball about things. I didnt have to wait very long. The only BAD thing I would say about her is she does not explain things to you while she is doing them. She just does it. Before you know it your done. Some people like to know whats going on but some people prefer not to know. Just depends I guess. I got veneers done and they look great ! The guy she uses to make them does a really good job. I'm not rich. I would barely consider myself middle class which is why I put the rating for cost near expensive. I paid 4 grand for my 4 front teeth. Would I go back ? YesAnytime soon ? When I finish paying off these front teeth so...maybe a few more years.

What I liked most about Dr. Dinh was her integrity. She explained what needed to be done in a simple way and gave a complete treatment plan in the first visit. During the treatment, she did not try to perform any unnecessary procedures or come up with any extra charges. Her dental devices were state-of-the-art. The cleaning was good. I did not have any problems with the fillings she had done. She was also very efficient in her work. Besides, the staff was very kind and friendly. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received at Dr. Dinh's office.
