A young female presented to our clinic with short, fat anterior crowns. She requested for a smile makeover to match her oval facial form. Her present anterior crowns are too opaque, with no adequate anatomy to brings out her youthful natural look.

Dr. Bui uses esthetic crown lengthening and frenectomy to apically position her gingival margin to allow for more crown length. The final six anterior all porcelain restorations are prepared, fabricated in- house, and delivered same day by Dr. Bui.
