Case Description
I had a x husband that like to use my face as a punching bag, and i have teeth in the top that are only 1/2 gone and also my 2 top front teeth are chipped and chipping more everyday. i am in so much pain and i need help. this has hindered me in all my doings in my life. i do not date or i am not working b/c i am ashamed to be seen in public. please help me please. i need to live again.
