Hi, my premolar i think it is is getting bad. This tooth had a filling that fell out in part of it. And also part of that tooth broke when the filling was before. Since the filling feel out I cant chew normally also my jaw pops and hurts a little. I havent had pain only with cold and hot drinks but now its start to hurt all the time. Ive orthodoncist work done like 12 years ago. I was 14 now Im 27 and it required pull out 2 premolars so, Im afraid that If i take this bad tooth out my nice smile will go bad. I dont have insurance and I work own my own. I wonder if any dentist clinic would allow to accept payments before get the work done. I dont mind paying in advance if I am not aprove for credit. Im very reliable person the problem is i dont have credit or insurance. I always try to get a good care of my mouth, brushing, rinsing and all that but sometimes thats not enough. Please help!

When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
  • Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
  • Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description, special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
  • Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
  • Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors. Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Hello, my name is Dr. Wilmore. I have read your case. I want to let you know that I am here to help you. I do accept payment in advance and also have payment plans depending on how much work needs to be done and the cost. If you would like we can set up an appointment and see what is going on with your tooth. Nothing is more important than your smile and I completely understand being worried about your "nice smile going bad" but calm down and come in and we will see what we can do for you.
