Case Description
I have two crowns on my upper right, #7 and #8 teeth, and #10 and #15 are missing teeth on my upper left section. the crown on #8 has been giving me problems, the remaining tooth has been severely damaged and is now unable to hold the crown for more than six months. the crown on #7 has never given me any trouble. I am not comfortable about using a conventional bridge since it would require damaging my other healthy teeth. would it be possible to one implant or two which would hold a bridge the would cover all four teeth without touching the existing healthy teeth?

Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Dear patient,Implant should be placed on #10. #15 is a second molar thus only play a small role in function (5%), implant is an option only if everything else already taken care. In other word, if money is a concern, I would not do anything to #15. #8 can be treated orthodontically to erupt the tooth 2mm, then place the crown. If we do it, we will guarantee the implant life time, and the crown five years with no symptom of failure, i.e. gum recession at the margin, no gum discoloration, 100% color match and function. We can show you the life patient example that match your case at our office. I am a specialist and have been doing full mouth reconstruction over ten years. We charge a very reasonable price and with warranty. Please view my website for more information, www.drbui.com. Wishing to be able to help you.

Dear Patient,Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. You seem to be a very knowledgable patient and I applaud you proactive approach. Implants can be very simple or very complicated depending upon the amount of bone you have in the area. In order to correctly give a proper diagnosis we need to have xrays. If you would be willing to call our office after the holidays 713-784-2800 we would be more that willing to give you a free consulation to discuss the situation. Hopefully you have some x-rays to bring with you but if not we can certainly provide some. There is a third option other than a bridge or implants which is a removable appliance. This is much cheaper and could allow you some time to decide what is best for you since there is no drilling or shots required for the removable.Merry Christmasdr. spiker davis
